The food was great! Staff was very friendly. I would definitely return! I wish I could remember what I purchased but it's a stew.

This is our crew at the Ibex. We stopped in here for a quick bite. My brother Mikie who is a vegetarian and I thought this would be fun. When we arrived the place looked closed. We tried the door anyway and it was open. We truly enjoyed every thing. We had the ibex special, vegetarian combo, the sambusas and several other items. As a side note- They seemed to know nothing about the check in coupon and their prices are different than reflected online. But the prices were still very reasonable for the amount and quality of the food we got. The server, who also appeared to be the chef and the bartender was very kind and attentive.

Food is great and service is good. The tibs sometimes aren't cleaned properly, they still have fur sometimes - that's my only criticism.

This was my first Ethiopian experience, they didn't disappoint. We've been back multiple times since. Food is well cooked and spiced. The injera bread was a unique experience, I really liked the sourdough-like flavor and soft, pancake-like feel. I've had the Awaze Tibs (Lamb) and Derek Tibs (Beef). Everything that I've tried has been phenomenal. If you haven't had Ethiopian food, and even if you have, Ibex is worth the try!

Staff is super friendly, food is always hot and delicious. Service is pretty quick too even despite the intensive cooking of the menu items. I've only ordered through Uber Eats but I'd definitely go in to give them a try if I ever get the chance

Loved the food and customer service. However, stopped by in October 2021 and the restaurant looked permanently closed. Phone number on website is disconnected.

Delicious! Highly recommend. We wanted Ethiopian food delivered and also wanted some meat, so we couldn't try our usuals (Addis and Lalibela don't deliver and Nile is vegan). We searched and found Ibex, and were so glad we did! Everything we ate here was delicious- well spiced, with interesting flavors. There are some menu choices that I don't remember seeing at the other spots in town. Every place usually has a vegetarian/fasting combo so you can try lots of stuff- but ibex is the only place in town that also has a meat combo! We ordered one veggie and one meat combo for two people and it was great to try so many different dishes. There was a buttery green bean dish I'd not tried before, and the beets were cut into batons which I though was clever and easier to pick up with injera. The food was well spiced but not too too spicy, and each dish tasted really different from the last. The injera was tender and flavorful with good structural integrity. Even the way the dishes were packed was helpful to prevent spills in transit. We will definitely order again. We can't wait to try it in person sometime!

Stopped in here after spotting this place on uber eats and I'm glad we did. Service was amazing our hostess was very accommodating and even allowed us a large sample of the honey wine before we ordered a bottle. The food itself was amazing. I am not a big meat person but their meet dishes including the beef stew pictured were delicious and well seasoned. The vegetarian combo also hit the spot with a mix of different veggie delicacies. I also really enjoyed the Ethiopian beer pictured and feel it complimented the food very well. The sambusas were also a fine addition to our meal. All in all, I would definitely stop in here again and recommend it to my friends in the area.
